Hays Travel - Silverburn Avis 

Went in to enquire about a last minute holiday and now leaving Tuesday.
Thank you once again Hays Travel Silverburn

This is the first time I have booked a trip through Hays and I have to say that the rep was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again when planning a holiday un the future.

Update:
The price quote was done whilst in the offuce and no, it wasn't the same as Hays, Hays gave me £200 higher quote plus after paying a full balance I keep getting phone calls and voicemails daily whilst at work and unable to answer, but no one really emails or leave a message to say what the constant calls are being about.

Although the staff we spoke with during booking and when solving issues were very nice, I would not book with Hays Travel again. Sadly, starting from continues issues encountered with basically everything, being given wrong information (I would understand if it was one off as everyone makes mistakes and it can happen), it just caused unnecessary stress and waste of our time. Thankfully issues have been solved, however we have not departed yet so who knows what else is going to happen.
I would prefer to book firevtly with jet2, as they have more and better deals, can manage your booking on the app, e.g. add seats etc (with Hays app you can't do anything but view booking, and have to call for everything). Also, with Jet2 you can pay deposit and pat remaining balance later. With Hays they will harass you daily for every pound, even though the final payment day has been agreed for a week or two in advance. The prices seems to be higher with Hays too, so I don't reallt see a point booking through them.

The staff were very knowledgeable of holiday we wished to book and made good recommendations as have never cruised before.

No problems…use Hays regularly..No complaints

I had excellent service I was listened to and was then taken through a selection of options all based on what I had asked for I felt very much at ease I was not rushed and successfully got exactly what I wanted the assistant was called Laura and I left feeling I had a new friend.

First time I've used a travel agent in 20 years. Cannot praise them enough. We only popped in to get some info on a destination we have not been to before. Rebecca the advisor knew everything we needed to know and much much more. When we went in the next day she helped us book and guided us getting the right help for my daughter who is blind. This took away all the stress I normally get when trying to book a holiday with my daughter. Everyone in the store was very professional yet friendly too. Thank you so much for all your help.

We came to store yesterday and we were assisted by Sophie and she was great her knowledge of Turkey and the understanding she had of what we were looking for in a location/holiday really helped us make the decision to book for the summer,

Popped into Hays Silverburn to get my boarding passes for my next trip to Tenerife. Rebecca looked after the paperwork in a very friendly and efficient manner. I booked another holiday to Tenerife at the same time and Rebecca dealt with all my questions in a friendly and efficient manner. Hays Silverburn is a very welcoming environment. It was Black Friday and the internet was under pressure but the staff remained professional throughout. A great experience, thanks Rebecca.
