Excellent service from Hays travel, I asked Simon to call me at a certain time because I was busy & he called me & booked my cruise over the phone.
Simple & easy, he answered my questions, took names of travellers etc & deposit, voila, all done in minutes.
I had more questions I emailed & answered very quickly.

We've never been on a cruise before.The booking was so easy with very polite helpful advisers at the end of the phone.which I must say I phoned them so many times they went over and above to help with my queries..

Very easy to do business with
We contacted Simon to ask for the same holiday and dates as our friends. Simon made the process super easy. Took a deposit and set up a direct debit. Called us back to confirm everything was done and sent confirmation by email. Very smooth !
