Our booking process was really good
Our booking process was really good. This is our second recent holiday booked with hays. Our agent at Skegness Rubi was very helpful. Our last holiday booked at Hays went very smoothly and was amazing.

Very helpful and knowledgeable
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Spent plenty of time looking for the right cruise for us, even suggesting ideas that we hadn't thought of.
Gave us an extra discount, making it better than going direct.
Don't usually use a travel agency, tend to book on line, but would definitely use them again in the future.

It’s not easy for the OAPs of this world to navigate the airport systems , when everything as to be on a phone , but Maddison set everything up for me and I now feel confident about getting through the airport.
