The staff (Rubi) as outstanding!
The staff (Rubi) as outstanding!! We have booked to go to Tasmania and have used Hays Travel when we visited 12 months ago. Without hesitation, we returned to Hays this year to book our return trip. The staff are excellent and Rubi managed to secure our bookings during our visit and at a better cost. The service at Hays Skegness is exceptional!! I use a Hays travel money card for all holidays. It is easy to load multiple currencies and convenient to use when in foreign countries.

Booking our tour
From entering to leaving we were treated professionally and with a friendly manner by Julie who immediately grasped what we required. She took time to guide us through the process so we didn't feel rushed and explored different options within our parameters. We left feeling excited about our holiday and with the reassurance that Hays would be in contact whenever necessary to guide us through until departure.

1st Cruise
We called into Hayes and spoke to Nicole about our 1st ever cruise and what we had seen online. Nicole was lovely and very accommodating and explained our options. After we left Nicole contacted us again about our options for coach travel as only available on the day we went in due to cruise in 37 days time. After work called in again and Nicole assisted us with booking and sorting out our Insurance. Nothing too much trouble and we kept her after closing time. Great service thank you Nicole
