Excellent customer service
Jannette was extremely helpful sorting out our short Scottish cruise after seeing it in the window for 2027 nothing was too much trouble even sorting out dining times which were perfect for us all in all a very satisfying experience this is the second cruise we have booked in this store in a couple of months and the staff as a whole are extremely helpful and lovely friendly people

Who to see to get the job done
I wanted to book flight to and from L/pool to Bergerac with Ryanair. Impossible for me so I went to Hays in Skelmersdale and spoke about my plan and Ginette (forgive me if the spelling is wrong) organised everything for me and my friend very efficiently and in a very pleasant manner.Other members of staff, Millie and Gemma with my request for Euros, equally skilled.
