We visited the Nook branch in South Shields on Saturday morning not really knowing what we wanted. We were seen by Kate who talked us through all the options that were available to us. She recommended a cruise that would suit our needs and price range so we booked it. Kate was very helpful and didn't try to sell us anything we wouldn't need. Well recommended branch with lovely staff.

excellent experience from the staff at the nook branch, especially Clare who was both patient and diligent in sourcing our holiday and changes we wanted during the process. Clare kept us well informed throughout the process of finding our bespoke holiday which made the booking process very easy
