Easy and helpful with everything
We booked a package holiday to Spain and the agent was so helpful and got everything booked exactly what we wanted it was so much easier than trying to get it all booked ourselves we will definately book with Hayes in the future

Anna was very helpful
Anna was very helpful, friendly and great advice, as we had a few holidays to look into. She did this to a small budget but found some lovely hotels and in nice quiet areas. The lady that took our payment a few days later was also very good, quick and friendly as she should have been on lunch but went above and beyond her duty. Thank you ladies for an easy way to book a great holiday to look forward too

Great Travel Agent
As always Amanda went above and beyond to help me get the right flight for us.. she is one of the most patient, and helpful person you could wish for and has a beautiful soul. I will always seek her out when I go to Hays to book a holiday. Only reason I go to Southend Hays.
