Hays Travel - Southend Avis 

Hi...
Well, i wanted to fly to St.Louis, to go and see a Steam Train called
Union Pacific Big Boy No.4014.
It was going from one side of America to the other, to celebrate America 250th Anniversary.
It is literally a once in a lifetime event....and for a Steam Railway fan like me.....it was a must...
I went into Hays Travel Southend, and explained to the staff there, what my plan was, and could they help....
Well, i can honestly say, the staff there, have been absolutely fantastic. Exemplary. Because of the short time, before i am due to leave, the staff have managed to arrange everything......in 2 days !!!!!
Flights, hotel, insurance, money, the whole lot...
And can i say, that Amy and Sam are absolute legends. I can not thank them enough for bringing my dream to life, so i can go see the BIGGEST Steam Loco , in the world. For arranging everything, and....getting me a great deal as well....
They were polite, helpfull, and explained everything to me, throughout the whole booking process, and even help me download stuff on my phone.
Hays.....these 2 ladies are a credit to your company...
The service i have received, has been exemplary, and i have already decided, future trips, will be booked......with Hays Travel from now on.

I rarely if ever give 5 stars as there is always room for improvement. I have used Hays Travel Southend on numerous occasions. They are always polite, friendly and professional. Recently when a holiday was cut sort, the tour company, insurance and credit card company were not as helpful as they could have been. The staff at Hays got it all sorted for me.
I have booked several big holidays with them and the lates tone is no exception. I am taking my daughter to the Bahamas for her 30th birthday treat to swim with the pigs.

We went into Hays travel in Southend today to book our family holiday to Egypt. We were greeted by Amy who was fantastic, made us feel welcome asked used questions like what we wanted and didn’t. Nothing was too much trouble, gave us plenty of options, didn’t rush us and took her time. She was so friendly, easy to talk too and really down to earth . Ran us through everything. Could not fault her customer service one bit and would give her 100 stars. The other ladies in the store also were lovely and talking to us. Will 100% be going back to book another holidays with them. She made our family holiday a breeze to book :).
