Would always us Hays Travel as our first choice holiday agent.
We have used the same branch of Hays for a couple of years now. The staff are always helpful, pleasant and have a good understanding of our needs. We were seen by an adviser who has dealt with us in the past and the rapport was excellent. We left with the holiday we wanted, plus insurance and peace of mind.
