I always go to my local branch of Hays Travel when I am planning a trip abroad to see friends or have a holiday. It may be for currency, booking a package holiday or just advice. The service is uniformly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's a refreshingly excellent and trustworthy experience

Our requests were listened to and expertly applied to our holiday destination search in terms of location experience, flight times and hotel requirements. It was a friendly and really relaxed appointment and I felt we have come away with a good value deal for our holiday dates and we are looking forward time away in Madrid as a result. We have used Hays travel many times before and keep returning because of the ease, peace of mind and professional approach of all the staff that we have encountered on each visit. We also use them for our holiday insurance and foreign currency - all of which is good value for money.
