Alicia, was able to act as a one stop shop, holiday package and a discounted parking at airport sorted in under an hour. Only a short walk to the terminal, no need for a shuttle bus.

Booking our Holiday
Just a phone call with details of what we wanted to book and a price we had in mind was all that was needed. Aaron did the rest and came up with the goods. Deposit paid over the phone, receipt, holiday details and ATOL certificate was received promptly via email - Easy just as it should be unlike some other travel agents. Now looking forward to our holiday - Thanks Aaron/Hays Travel!

We had seen a Holiday on the internet we liked, phoned the shop and spoke to Rui. He’s very precise taking all the details, said he would phone back asap which he did with price and we booked the holiday

Gemma was fantastic. She greeted me warmly and tailored my holiday exactly. She found me an absolutely amazing deal. The whole process was seamless (apart from a technical error with the computer!!)
