Called in to pick up documents for an up coming trip and decided to discuss and book another trip the advisor Kate was very patient and although she had not booked a trip before like the one I was booking she was professional and made sure it was all correct and she asked a senior advisor if she was in doubt very happy with my experience

James was knowledgeable, attentive and answered all our questions and concerns about the holiday that we were wanting to book. It is a long time since we used a travel agent but the ease of making this booking through Hays Travel has brought us back to using a travel agent. Thank you James.

Tenerife booking - June

Brilliant customer care
Staff are always welcoming, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. James explained processes well and made the whole booking process easy. Our holiday was fantastic, Hays staff had assisted us in organising special assistance which removed all of the stress of travelling. Thank you everyone.
