I was assisted by kate who was excellent .
I was assisted by the apprentice Kate .
She was friendly, welcoming and extremely patient and professional.
I changed my mind several times which didn’t bother her in the slightest, she was more than happy to help .
I would definitely recommend Kate to book with and Hays St Anne’s was a friendly, clean and welcoming branch .

Great Customer experience
3rd holiday I've booked here they advertise it on Facebook which is how I found out about it ,the deal the advertise was the deal I got no extra cost, really easy called me back when they said they would , 10 out of 10

Excellent service as always at Hays St…
Excellent service as always at Hays St Anne's. On this occasion we were attended to by John who we have known for many years and as usual, the booking was dealt with in his usual efficient manner.
All the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and it's always a pleasure to visit this branch.

Excellent travel advice and great customer service, very patient in explaining everything and taking us through the details of the cruise and cabin choice. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryley, she even took us through the extra health insurance questions.

Had a slight problem with booking
Had a slight problem with booking, John and james(manager) worked behind the scenes to fix it and got back to me next day with a solution. Always a pleasure to book with james super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Will never use internet to book holidays with james / john at hays to do it instead. Great ambassadors for your company, you should be proud of them.

James was so friendly
James was so friendly and really knowledgeable. He had a bit of a task with me as I was booking 2 holidays completely different from each other . I’d definitely recommend Hays travel as they were all so friendly.
