Kim was amazing
We walked into Hays just like last year with a plan to book a family summer holiday and bounced out the door having booked and paid for a lovely 2 week family holiday to Santorini!
We can't wait to go, and will surely be back in Hays this time next year to book for 2027!

I had a good idea what I wanted to do…
I had a good idea what I wanted to do and Hays were able to put together a package and a quote while I was in the shop which I later went ahead with. There was no pressure to book there and then which made it a relaxed experience.

Perfect place to book your holiday.
We called in to pickup our boarding passes and came out having booked another holiday.
Hayley Rose was very helpful and knowledgeable about the place we wanted to visit, she found us a lovely hotel and with a few tweaks we had booked, looking forward to our trip later in the year.
