Agent Kaitlyn was unbelievable
Agent was unbelievable. She worked her socks off to arrange EVERYTHING for our holiday. Flights, seats, baggage car park, lounge, transfers, hotel package.
She then booked us in, printed ALL paperwork and explained everything. Thank you.

Knowledgeable, Patient & Personable Staff
Knowledgeable, patient staff member who took a lot of time to sort out a late booking to Disneyland Paris in the most economical way & to suit a 5-year old too. She was happy to work out a quote the day prior to confirming the booking the following day (by which time the hotel was not available & involved another search for accommodation). Nothing was too much trouble.
All the staff were engaging & coffee refreshment was offered too!
