I have been asking Steph for Lapland quotes for the past few years and she was always really helpful and accommodating, even though I never ended up booking! So I knew that I wanted to go with Steph when I finally decided to take the plunge! This time around Steph was again really helpful and answered all of my questions as well as adapting the quotes to suit my family’s needs, nothing was too much trouble! A lovely, personalised service!

I’ve just booked two holidays with Steph, with both bookings she has been incredibly patient, friendly and helpful answering my many questions and looking at alternative options to meet our requirements. Communication has been amazing, Steph is so quick to respond and the quotes she provided were lower than those I had found myself online. I would highly recommend booking with Steph!
