Stephanie is friendly, polite and very professional in what she does. Always there to advise us in the best possible way. Whatever the time of the day Stephanie is always there to help and advise. When we book a holiday, Stephanie does everything in the same day - to book our seats on the plane and the cabin we want and car parking at the airport, so all we need to do pay, pack and go x
