Knowledgeable & friendly staff

Hay's Travel Agency is excellent.
It was so great to with book Hay's Travel. I will definitely use them again. Compared to other travel agents. Amanda was so efficient, she knew exactly what holiday I wanted. She said they would phone me back and Mathew did exactly that. Excellent service and enthusiasm. Just what Stirling needs.

Kirsty was excellent
Kirsty was excellent , we didn't really know where we wanted to go, but she helped us to narrow it down to 2 places, when finally we made up our mind, she booked holiday and car parking with ease, we can't thank Kirsty McDonald enough, we recommend hays travel 😃

Great service from Amanda who took time to find us the right holiday after the one we were originally looking at from a Hays travel email turned out to have no flights from a Scottish airport . I found this quite annoying but thankfully Amanda saved the day .
