Young lady very helpful and patient, we are 4 elderly people and we needed 2 single rooms, which are always a problem. This was for next year and the brochure had only just arrived so we thought it would be easy, no chance, she got onto Alpha holidays and kept on until she found one that suited us all. 1st class service and never lost patience or her lovely smile. We will definitely be back. 5 stars. Thank you.

We have not used a high street travel agent for some years and have booked through agents on the internet, or direct with the holiday company.
We felt the experience was better at the Hayes shop. Everything was explained in an unhurried manner and Jill made the effort to find our Cunard number so we got 10% off as returning customers.
We shall return.

Too many unsolicited emails.
Dealings with the Travel Agent were 5/5. Kaydee did what she said she would do, communicated well and was ever helpful.
However, in the following week I've been inundated with emails (like this one, ad's, offers etc) despite not signing up for them and twice completing the 'subscribe' process.
I shall not use them again.

The team in Stockton Heath are always very friendly and helpful.
