First time booking a cruise
First time booking a cruise so had lots of questions and were advised many things we had not thought of. Great advice which resulted in booking which looks perfect to our needs. Mia was patient, professional and friendly - knowledgeable.

Excellant booking with Hays
Claire was friendly but very professional. After spending an hour with us the first visit, going through numerous cruises, we decided they weren't what we wanted, she gave us other options. After a bit of research on our part we went back to the shop and booked Benidorm instead. Overall the booking process was an excellent experience.

Luckily, we knew Beth from years back and she was very helpful in accessing the holiday that we (awkward as we are) wanted. She did not find it easy but with patience and mindful of our requests she did find a suitable holiday. She was also very knowledgeable about our passports conditions
(which,to our horror, needed renewing)

It's obvious that all in Stourbridge branch are Excellent. They always take the time to ensure the customer is totally happy with all elements of their holiday booking.
