Mia,your agent was lovely , listened to what we were looking for in a holiday and made us feel at ease when booking as we havn't been away abroad for many years, she answered all our questions and was very helpful regarding what we had to do next? Great experience
This was the first time I visited Hays Travel & it won't be my last. Staff really helpful & knowlegible. Understood my concerns but also helped me look at options I hadn't considered and found me the ideal holiday. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Will definitely use again.
