Weekend away for mam
Jasmine was absolutely brilliant, very pleasant happy and made sure we had everything we wanted in our booking even phoned the company to make sure we had a walk in shower ,as our mam has disabilities .

We have had an excellent experience having recently booking holidays with Hays Travel.
From booking a cruise over the telephone in March in which we have the perfect holiday we then visited our local branch in Keel square where we have went onto book a further three holidays with the lovely Nadia.
Nadia is so welcoming on meeting her, she is polite and couldn’t be more helpful. She is very knowledgeable about every type of holiday there is! We booked 2 weeks in Disney Orlando
a cruise around France and Spain and trip to Sorrento! We couldn’t recommend her enough
and will be certainly be returning.

The Superb Staff in Hays, Keel Square. They are all so welcoming, friendly and efficient. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your holiday arrangements go smoothly. Evie booked a holiday to Portugal for us and also secured parking at Newcastle Airport for a very good price.

We had a fantastic experience with Amelia at Hays Travel. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect family holiday at an amazing price.
She really listened to what we wanted and found a holiday with loads to keep the kids entertained, giving us confidence that everyone will have a brilliant time. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole booking process simple, stress-free, and enjoyable.
We can’t thank Amelia enough for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a holiday. Excellent customer service from start to finish – we’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Fabulous service
Fabulous service from Hazel at the Keel Square branch as we booked our first ever cruise, she was extremely knowledgeable on the cruise ships, the itinerary and everything we asked about, she was so friendly and nothing was a problem for her. We will definitely book with Hays again.
