My experience was great.
My experience was made much better because of the lady who I seen Amelia, she made me feel at ease and was so helpful showed me loads of different options and I ended up booking my holiday couldn't be happier.

Reassuring experience
Amelia and Ellie at the Sutton Coldfield branch were very friendly, Ellie who is on an apprenticeship worked hard to find us a great deal. Amelia who has been in the travel industry for a few years was extremely knowledgeable and equally found a further deal for another family member booking to holiday abroad. I have personally now booked a few holidays over the years with Hays Sutton Coldfield and can very much recommend them.
