Sutton in Ashfield branch
Visited Sutton in Ashfield branch spoke to Patricia first who sorted everything out for us very professional and cheerful.A couple of days later when we had decided rang Hays travel and spoke to Nicole who booked it for us again very professional and cheerful thanks to both the ladies and to Hays travel for employing such helpful and pleasant staff

Very polite staff very quick service just disappointed on the payment process has you seem to want full payment about 21 weeks before holiday were other holiday companies are 13 weeks before holiday i strongly disagree with this

Thank you for your feedback, Having checked your booking I can see that the supplier P&O are asking for the balance 17 weeks before departure. As a company we do take the balance 4 weeks earlier just in case there is an issue with your payment or if you need an extension.
