Five star service
We consistently get excellent service from Trisha and the team at the Sutton-in-Ashfield store, and booking yesterday with Rees was no exception where his attention to detail, advice given along with great customer service was fantastic. The booking process was very smooth. Thank you to the whole team. And of course we now have a great holiday to look forward to!

Met with a smile and Trisha invited us to chat , my wife and I described what holiday we were looking for and our budget. Trisha was patient, knowledgeable and carefully and methodically looked through many hotels and destinations with us until we made a decision and booked . We felt well looked after and had full confidence in her and booking with Hays .
