Suzanne is amazing! I have used her many times & goes out of her way to help. We had a massive issue last year in Turkey, which didn't get sorted, but Suzanne was doing everything she could. I wouldn't book with anyone else. Credit to your team x

I can't thank Suzanne enough. I have used Suzanne a few times to book holidays. I gave a budget and dates and she will find amazing holidays for me. We will go through them and plan. I have booked my honeymoon to Bali and now a family holiday to Turkey. I can 100% recommend Sunzanne at Heys

Very attentive and supportive throughout
Well, to date, this has to be THE best experience of booking a holiday. Suzanne was very supportive, quick to respond, took all of our requirements into consideration and even went out of here way to fit in with our available times to discuss what we required. This particularly important as I work shifts and so Suzanne making herself available was very much appreciated.
The attention to detail that Suzanne showed us was exceptional as we have specific travel requirements with our Daughter who has not had very pleasant journeys and our last trip and this has made her very apprehensive about going away again. And, being 11 years old it was vital that we had someone assisting us who was tuned into that and took the time to work with us to find us what we wanted and needed.
