A Golden Nugget
Oliwia was outstanding. Helpful, patient, going the extra mile to book my holiday, contacting the tour company to clarify certain particulars. I have booked to go to Poland and during our conversation it transpired she was Polish, and she was only too happy to give me information about where I am scheduled to go as she had been. She also showed me photographs on her phone. An outstanding agent I'm sure Caroline is happy with her performece. If you fancy going to Poland, go to Hayes in Swansea and ask to speak to Oliwia.

First experience at Hays Travel.
This was my 1st time in a Hays travel store and i must say i had a very pleasant and stress free experience booking the holiday with 2 lovely ladies that put me at ease, were very informative and professional at all times.

Helpful friendly staff
Went to the shop to book a cruise.
Gave a few details of where we’d wanted to go and the staff came up with an ideal package for us.
She did so much research to find the best possible price and deal for us.
Would highly recommend this shop.
This is the second holiday booked with them and it definitely won’t be the last
