The young girl Emily was brilliant. We booked a cruise and a 5 day break for my husband. Nothing was too much as we had a few questions on each Holiday.

She helped us by truthfully telling us the facts good and bad about other cruise operators and when we asked about a cruise we were interested in she invited us to sit down and was very helpful in answering our questions and we were very happy to book our cruise with her expert knowledge.
