I met Ben in the Swindon branch with a friend, he gave great advice and was approachable, happy to help and find plenty of offers, places to stay with no pressure to make a decision. As it was we book our holiday with his help.

3 holidays in 1 🌞
Went into Hays travel with a thought of booking my first cruise but thanks to Julie I ended up with a holiday that exceeded my expectations. Great efficient service and at a great price. Julie went above and beyond to arrange a holiday which I thought would take 2 or 3 holidays but arranged exactly what I wanted all in 1 holiday. Amazing work! Can’t thank you enough Julie 😊.

We went into Hays in Swindon town centre to find out information and prices for a cruise (first time cruise for us).
Chatted with Lisa and booked there and then for a 7 day cruise in May
Lisa was very knowledgeable and friendly and we felt very at ease and not pressured in any way.
