Hays Travel - Tavistock Avis 

We have used this Tavistock Travel agent for many years, (under many brands). We find the staff all extremely helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Clare who we have booked many trips with over the years.

Tavistock Hays Travel girls look after their customers fantastic. They are always so welcoming and friendly and helpful.

As well as understanding our latest requirements by way of detination & location the girls at Hays also recalled our previous needs without us needing to spell it all out again. Organising the car parking, airport lounge and the boarding passes in both direction - brilliant!

Service in the shop was great ,but had also opted for your travel insurance as last minute holiday but had to cancel as struggled to update partners health condition on line and so tried phoning and nobody answered after 20 mins so selected another insurance

I’ve recently been in communication with two reps from the office on line and on the telephone. My emails were answered really quickly, providing the information I sought. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in sorting my fourth holiday using this company.

What makes my experience great are the girls in hayes travel tavistock they are all wonderful and so helpful they can't do enough for you. I have always booked with Claire as I have known her for years when it was going places cant praise them enough

I didn't want a full blown package just flights and hotels to be booked for me and once I had met my agent and discussed this she organised it all really quickly. She was lovely and took the time to talk to me about my options to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The price was also a very pleasant surprise.

Helpful and responsive to requests

I phoned Hayes travel Tavistock branch asking if they could find out some prices for a city break in Stockholm, I had a email back very quickly with some different options at very competitive prices, I visited the branch a few hours later and within 20 minutes the trip was booked. Every member of the staff were very friendly, cheerful and polite.
I would recommend them to everyone.
