Great service
We went into your branch at SOUTH GYLE with an idea of what we wanted for our weeks break in March
and Liam got us exactly what we wanted, he even managed to few discounts for us. That’s why we always use Hays.

From start to finish this experience was excellent.
5* to Joan as she could not have been anymore helpful finding me an amazing holiday for a special occasion with my family, she went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with the chosen package to Dubai.

6 nights in a lovely Hotel in Tenerife with additions such as a pre booked aisle seat ,annual travel insurance. (I go to the .USA including Maui on 30 April)and hotel at Edinburgh Airport .

Excellent service we were helped by a young lady I think she was called Scarlett and had long dark hair. She was really helpful on booking out holiday checking locations distance from resort. Showed us on Google maps which helped very patient with 2 old fogies

Staff were excellent
Staff were knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful whilst we booked our holiday, all queries were answered promptly all of which justified our decision to book "face to face".

Skye was very helpful with our initial query, gave us a couple of options to think about and had previous experience herself at one of the hotels which was great. Went back and booked with Joan who was so so helpful, she went through everything and made sure I was doubley happy.
