First time booking with Hays.
We have recently booked our holiday and can’t recommend this branch enough! Our agent Emma was beyond helpful and patient will our requests and needs, keeping us updated and informed on all information while we arranged our holiday.
The whole experience from enquiring to making the booking was made easy and straight forward with no pressure.

Excellent customer service
Emma J was very helpful in finding a suitable hotel for 7 of us travelling to Tenerife. She was courteous, efficient and I was very happy with the service I received. She also mentioned car parking, vip rates for money exchange , made notes for the new esta, note for the hotel and also said that our boarding passes would be printed out etc. I will certainly not hesitate to use Hays Travel again. Excellent customer service.
