Vicki helped us find two amazing holidays at a very competitive price. She answered every question and concerns quickly and accurately in a very friendly manner. When speaking to her she made us feel at ease and described in detail each place we would stay. In no time at all, she had sorted out an amazing 3 centred holiday from our vague description of where we would like to visit. Vicki suggested a trip whilst in Goa which we have booked, it looks amazing.
If you want someone with knowledge who will put you at ease then look no further than Vicki.

Hays Travel fantastic
What a fabulous experience I’ve had booking a cruise with hays travel consultant Vicki Wood, Vicki was so helpful, friendly and professional, Vicki gave very clear details of the cruise, the cost , deposit and she set up a direct debit for me to pay for the cruise - she gave loads of information and as promised all confirmation was emailed immediately. I am now looking forward to an amazing future holiday with confidence.
