I have always booked holidays through hays travel and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are absolutely fantastic, and always get you the best deals they can. Really put My mind at ease when I was booking My first holiday alone with a child.

I mentioned to the store manager a few weeks ago that I was thinking of changing a current booking & he rang me yesterday with the perfect solution for myself and my family. Mislead on payment plan
Overall good but was told we had 3 months to pay the balance only to get home and see that we in fact had only 3 weeks to do so.
