Friendly and helpful. Will make booking everything so easy.
Considering I was booking such a large family group for a holiday in August 2027, and wanted a lot of specific rooms I was given so much time, and help, to get it all sorted and booked. Nothing was to much trouble for the lady who sorted everything. Everything was explained fully. So grateful for getting everything I wanted.

Great customer service
The lady who assisted me was named Laura, she told us that the studio room was no longer available so gave us an alternative. Her customer service was fab, she outlined everything that was included in the deal and the fact that the drop off/pick up location was 300m away from our hotel. She was polite & friendly.

Makes holiday booking easy.
Walked in, sat down with Sue who listened to our holiday choice and straightaway booked it for us. In and out in no time.
Excellent service.
