I was welcomed by friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble, I wasn’t sure of the area I wanted to go on holiday, the staff were helpful with reviews, hotels, areas of interest, local amenities, predicted forecasts etc. I had all my questioned answered perfectly. I was seen to by Matthew who was amazing, also Morgan who was amazing too. I booked 2 weeks in Tenerife on my visit. Thank you to your amazing staff

Joanna knew they areas were looking for and had all the information ready when I arrived to book. She had the best hotels and areas we needed for our disabled party member to enjoy the holiday with everything we neeeded with in easy reach. Called in hays wallsend to pick up our ticket for our upcoming holiday and book another we got seen by Mathew who maybe new to hays wallsend a nice friendly lad we explained that we are here quite often and showed him the holiday we were after and the price he not only found the holiday but was able to get it a little cheaper now that's good going as I had checked it before we went in we booked it Mathew went on to explain everything and this is why we keep coming back to hays for great staff and service second to none we tell people to go through hays as we do at least three times a year to all keep up the good work and thanks

Our advisor Melissa was so friendly and helpful. When we arrived i had no idea where I wanted to go or how to go about booking a holiday. But Melissa gave us options and helped us pick somewhere great. Even checking the average temps gor the time of year.
