Excellent customer service highly recommended, easy to arrange and experience of the whole from start to finish was extremely brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble. Emily was friendly and helpful. She arranged the cruise holiday experience to a very high standard and efficiently. My wife has used her several times in the past.

Booking my cruise

Politeness and professionalism of…
Politeness and professionalism of staff. However, the cost for my flights to Canada came £200 more than from the Air Canada. I was told this was due to price volatility of airliner. Talking to other travel agency, I do not think this is the case.

We wanted to book another cruise with two friends so went to Hays Travel and spoke with India. She was very helpful and guided us through the process, explaining the differences in accommodation etc. She makes the booking process so simple.
