I would absolutely recommend Hays Travel in Waterlooville. The assistant (Emma) who helped us book our cruise was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We had quite a complicated booking and I needed to phone other family members to try and get things confirmed and she didn't make us feel rushed at all - even though it was clear how busy they all were. The knowledge and expertise were what was most impressive. She knew all about the ships, the cabins, the flight options. I know people often book online these days but honestly, the knowledge of someone who knows what they are talking about was so refreshing. It felt like a great start to a once in a lifetime holiday and I love the fact that I can pop into the branch if I have any questions.

Family holiday for 8

Hannah found a holiday that suited everyone.
They are always friendly, professional and very helpful at Hays Waterloovville. We have used Hays for a few years now and have never been disappointed.
