Hays Travel - West Kirby Avis 

The lady who did our booking was so pleasant, helpful and did not pressure us in the least. she went out of her way to help us get the best deal. She was patient throughout. I would recommend her and Heyes to anyone!

We've not used Hays before but as it is a big family holiday we wanted somewhere we could speak to in person. Karyn and Paula at the West Kirby branch were so helpful and patient and helped us find a great holiday.

The staff, Judie was friendly and professional and was very helpful.
We received advice and the price was reduced with the discounts applied.
Will be using Hays travel next time, very good.

Karen worked very hard to find us a last minute holiday for the February half term. She is our go to lady when we need a break away. Always very satisfied with Karen, Paula and the rest of the team in the West Kirby store.

I can't remember the last time that I booked a holiday in a travel agents rather than online. Rebecca in the West Kirby branch was excellent. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and managed to get me a great price. Overall it was a really enjoyable experience. Prior to booking my holiday, I had been in to the branch to discuss options with Karyn. Once again, she was excellent as I've mentioned in a previous review. My thanks to them both and I will be returning
