The young lady who looked after us was so friendy knowledgeable and helpful. I always recommend Hayes travel in Westbourne to all my friends. I've never had poor unfriendly service. Who ever I've seen to book a holiday has been excellent.

Booking was OK in Hays Travel but it would of been easier add the health questions done in the shop, but had to phone the insurance company to add the health questions.
