Michelle was very attentive a listen to all of our needs for our first family holiday.

It was a really good experience we spoke to Louis and he found us a holiday with everything we requested for us adults and our 7 yr old the hotel etc is just what we wanted the surrounding areas look good and within easy reach of resturants and shops and beach he was so helpful and a really nice guy and funny. He was so helpful polite and gave us a holiday to look forward to.

To know that everything we wanted in our holiday was covered by the excellent knowledge and advice of Maxine.
Our daughter has 'complicated' medical issues and these were all dealt with superbly.

We popped into Hays Weston Favell to pick up some holiday brochures to plan a special holiday for our 40th anniversary and my 60th birthday in 2 years time. I spoke with Caroline who said she would have a look at some destinations for us. That afternoon Caroline dropped me a email for a Caribbean cruise which she found that ticked all the boxes.
We wasted no time at all and headed back in, this time we had the pleasure of dealing with Maxine who was very informative and helped us book exactly what we wanted.
We have used Hays a few times and wouldn’t book with anyone else.

The in branch service at the Weston Favell office was excellent. We were served by the Manageress who did everything she could to find our holiday which was not available via an individual travel company. She went above and beyond to ensure our two centres holiday was booked.

First time booking a cruise. Agent was really helpful, taking time to understand the kind of things we liked, what we were hoping for and showing us the options meeting our requirements.
