Went to book another holiday, the only place for us to go to book is Hays travel Weston Favell. Excellent customer service as always. Today we were helped by Louis, thanks for your friendly and helpful service. You are part of a fab team who know and remember their customers.

As always they go above and beyond. Booking was easy, they matched the price online and even reduced it a bit.

I have not used a travel agent for many years but family recommended Hays Travel and as we were planning a trip to Japan and China which we are unfamiliar with I decided to give Hays a try. Really glad I did as they were helpful from start to finish and Maxine was very accommodating with all the changes we kept making to our itinerary. We finally booked what we wanted and the whole process has been very easy. Thanks Hays and especially Maxine.

I arrived as staff training was just finishing but was let in. I wanted to see Caroline again so was happy tp wait acfew minutes while staff got organised. C remembered me from
Monday, found all info and I booked the holiday.Ansered all.my ? re the Iranian /USA troubles and reassured me .Had an on line quote which was nearly met.....J2 s offer had expired and was now lower.( not much)
still went with Hays as felt comfortable. ( mind you when I got home I found voucher code for 60£ off and the same discount was in a letter today) just my luck but hol booked and can now sit back and not think of it!
So far my my dealings with Hays have been top notch.Caroline helpful ,friendly
and professional and took time to help....
