Always polite and helpful
We went in to see about a couple of holidays and completely changed to another one 🤣 the young lady that assisted us was lovely. Very helpful and polite.
We have booked a few holidays through hays travel and will now always use them.

Excellent service and highly recommend.
Excellent; friendly service. Emily was extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. She spent ages finding us the perfect cabin and she even laughed at my jokes! She answered all of our questions and we came away knowing exactly what we had to do next. Absolutely fantastic experience.
