Advisor was very polite & knowledgeable. She had actually been on the cruise ship I was interested in which is always useful to get first hand knowledge.
Amy who dealt with us on this particular occasion was very helpful (as all the staff we have had over the years are). She was patient whilst having to flit all over the place for our appropriate dates... Voir plus

I booked a holiday to Lake Guarda a…
I booked a holiday to Lake Guarda a week ago. I always like to use a travel agent as it is important to keep people in jobs. The agent was helpful but not particularly knowledgeable on the area so it is a good job I had done my research.
One week later exactly the same holiday is £100 cheaper per person. When I queried this with Weymouth Hays I was told I had the best price on the day.
I find this very annoying especially as it was only 7 days later. I was offered no compensation. A small amount of money off my next holiday would have been suffice.
It has left me thinking what is the point of going into a travel agency.
