Alyssia was brilliant, so patient and went above and beyond to make sure our holiday of a lifetime was booked with ease. Having dealt with other more local branches she was by far the best, she is a credit to your store. We cant wait for our Hawaiian cruise in 2028.

Easy booking
We got seated with Jessica as she had being replying to us on facebook. We decided to go ahead with the holiday, we ended up with a better hotel and better flight times than originally seen.

Having already booked my 2028 holiday to Florida, I have just booked my 4th visit to Florence for 2027 and always seem to get the better deals with Hays.
Always use them as they are very friendly and helpful and don't put you under pressure to book there and then.

Always a very warm friendly experience at Hays in the White Rose. All the members of staff are really welcoming. It’s a busy little travel agents, which speaks for itself really. On this occasion, Luke had already done lots of spade work, so that when we went in to see him he had all the information to hand for us. Would always recommend this travel agency, nothing is too much trouble and they always go the extra mile.
