Popped in to book a cruise,
Greated by a lovely young lady however she politely explained she was new to the job, so we had to wait for kennedy who was buisy with another customer...
However when it was out turn to be served we had the full attention of both kennedy and the young lady, who was following and learning the job.
We booked our cruise very straight farward very helpful, good help when selecting our cabin on board..left feeling well looked after.

Brilliant service at Hays Travel Whitehaven
We had looked on line so roughly new what we wanted. With her knowledge Karen managed to source us the holiday we were after in the hotel we had been looking at with better flight times, booked seats on the plane and private transfers and luckily managed a discount on it. Superb service.
