Easy booking helpful staff
Very friendly staff relaxed atmosphere gave us a cup of tea .
We took 3 options of holidays in and staff went over each one with advice and suggestions.

Melissa was fabulous, helped us narrow down the trip we wanted to make, with the dates and package we wanted. Whitley Bay office has always been our choice of go to, and that does have alot to do with the people there. We were able to make an informed decision because Melissa took the time to go through options with us, just great! Thank you
