Hays Travel - Widnes Avis 

We've used Widnes Hays Travel a couple of times and have always had a nice welcome and great service.
This time it was to book a cruise,we'd been in a few times prior to booking just to get information etc about what a cruise would involve,the staff in particular Ellie has been so welcoming patient and understanding with our questions.
So we eventually decided to book cruise but for 2027,Ellie once again dealt with our booking in a very professional way but also so friendly and explained ever step and also plenty of tips and advice with it being out first time booking a cruise.
The shop at the we booked was full and every member of staff was dealing with customers and you could to tell everyone was getting a great service.
Would always recommend Hays Travel Widnes to help with all aspects of your holiday and it keeps the high street alive.

The assistant was attentive and went out of her way to find exactly what we were looking for.

Got my holiday book quickly,and everything was alright as it usually is.Ellie sorted it out,now it’s just waiting to go.

My sister and I walked into the Widnes store a few days ago, we were armed with nothing more than a vague idea we fancied going on our first ever cruise. Possibly Mediterranean, possibly 7 days, possibly later in the year, possibly single cabin although none of this was a definite. We spoke to a lovely girl Grace who managed to guide us through the options. She came up with several suggestions, lots of advice and was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend Hays travel and Grace in particular.
