Hays Travel never fails to I’ve us an amazing experience.
Very pleasant knowledgeable member of staff. I went in just for a brochure and came out with an amazing holiday. The young lady we saw spent time understanding our needs and matched a holiday which was just what we wanted.

Very helpful staff
We placed our booking with Grace this time and found her very patient and helpful. We knew exactly which cruise we wanted so it was just the case of booking it. She did have contact MSC a couple of times but she did so with patience and speed. We have booked with you before and each time your staff have been very helpful and professional.

Great experience. Took time out of there busy day to sort the holiday of a lifetime for my wife, daughter and I to south America and Antarctica cruise in 2028 and more than happy with the service.
