Fantastic service from Lois at Hays Travel. Very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Always goes the extra mile to find the right holiday and best deal. No question/query is too much trouble. Always follows up after the initial booking with further information and to help with any holiday extras. Have used this branch of Hays before and although there are other branches closer to home, we always go to the Witham branch and ask for Lois!
